Exchange/return policy

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at www.erreke.com within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition, with all labels attached, in its original packaging and with any other promotional products included. Just like when you received it, without having been used or manipulated.

To manage returns, the customer will send the package with the courier company of their choice and shipping at their expense.

For processing you must contact soporte@erreke.com, be sure to include your order number in all email correspondence, so that we can locate and refer specifically to your order.

It is important that when packaging the item there is no damage to the original packaging.

Once the product is received in our warehouses and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded through the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days following the notification of withdrawal.

If the exchange or return comes from Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands or International, both the return costs and customs expenses and local taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the product does not correspond to the order placed by the client, Binsumo Productos SL will bear all costs. To carry out any procedure it will be necessary to present the original purchase invoice issued by Binsumo Productos SL. No shipment of merchandise will be made until the returned item has been received in our warehouse and it has been verified that it returns in perfect condition. Once we have contacted the customer, we will proceed to collect the product, completely free of charge, and the incident will be processed.

Refund policy

Cancellation policy

If you have placed an order in error, please email our customer service team at soporte@erreke.com immediately to see if you are within the cancellation deadline. As long as we have not delivered the already prepared order to the carrier, we proceed to cancel your order according to his request and begin the process of refunding 100% of the amount paid for the purchase. Payment for cancellation will be completed within 10 days.
