Order processing
All orders placed before 1:00 PM (Spanish peninsular time, CET / CEST) leave our warehouse on the same business day. Orders received after that time are processed the next business day.
Saturdays, Sundays and local public holidays at our warehouse in Tarragona (Spain) — where all shipments originate — are not considered business days.

Customs duties, local taxes and additional costs
In some destinations with special customs regimes — both within and outside the EU — additional fees may apply that are NOT included in the price shown on the website. These charges are paid by the customer directly to the carrier upon delivery (they do not appear on the ERREKE invoice).
These may include:
· Local taxes (destination country VAT, sales tax, etc.)
· Customs clearance fees
· Other territory-specific duties
This applies especially to:
· United Kingdom (post-Brexit)
· Switzerland (outside the EU)
· Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (special customs regimes)
· United States and other non-EU destinations
The amount of these duties depends on the order value and the regulations of the destination country. If you have any doubts about the costs that would apply in your area, please contact us before purchasing.
Delivery options at checkout
During the payment process you will be able to choose between the delivery options available for your country, compare delivery times and select the one that best suits your needs.
Out-of-stock orders
If for any reason the requested product is not available at the time of processing your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible with two options:
1. Wait for the next restock with an updated estimated delivery date, or
2. Cancel the order with full refund of the amount paid.
The refund is processed via the original payment method used at purchase, within the usual timeframes of each banking provider or payment gateway.
Order tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You will be able to check the shipping status directly on the carrier's website 24/7.
