When your order leaves
Everything ships from our warehouse in Tarragona. If you order before 1:00 PM (mainland Spain time, CET/CEST), it leaves the same working day. After that, it leaves the next working day.
Saturdays, Sundays and local public holidays in Tarragona are not working days.
Delivery time starts counting when the parcel leaves the warehouse, not when you place the order.
Free shipping to 12 countries, no minimum order
We ship free of charge to Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Austria, Sweden, Luxembourg and Ireland, whatever you buy.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Yes, we ship there, and shipping is free too. They are part of Spain and of the European Union, but they have their own tax regime: on delivery you may have to pay IGIC (Canary Islands) or IPSI (Ceuta and Melilla) plus customs clearance fees. Those amounts are not included in the price on the website or in our invoice: the carrier charges them directly on delivery.

Outside those 12 countries, shipping is calculated by weight and shown at checkout before you pay.

If your country is not on any of these lists, write to us before buying and we will confirm whether we deliver there and how much it costs.
Customs and taxes outside the European Union
For shipments within the EU there are no surprises: the price you see includes VAT and nothing else is due on delivery.
In the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and other destinations with their own customs regime, local taxes and clearance fees may apply. The customer pays them directly to the carrier and they depend on the order value and on each country's rules.
Carrier and tracking
The carrier changes depending on the country and the weight of the parcel. As soon as it leaves, we send you an email with the tracking number and the link to check it 24/7.
If an order contains several products, it may leave in more than one parcel and arrive on different days. In that case you will receive one tracking number per shipment.
If you are not at home
The carrier leaves a notice and tries again or drops the parcel at a nearby pickup point, depending on the company. If the holding period passes without collection, the parcel comes back to our warehouse and we will write to you to resend it or refund you.
If the parcel arrives damaged
Write to us as soon as you receive it, with photos of the packaging and the product. You choose: we refund 100 % of the amount or we send you a new one at no cost.
If something is out of stock
If the product is not available when we process your order, we will email you as soon as possible with two options: wait for the next restock with a new date, or cancel and get the full amount back through the same payment method.
Invoicing
All prices on the website include the VAT of the delivery country. If you need an invoice with your company details (VAT number, company name and address), tell us when you order or write to us afterwards and we will issue it.
