Is shipping free?
Yes, and with no minimum order, to 12 destinations: Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Austria, Sweden, Luxembourg and Ireland. Everywhere else the cost is calculated by weight and shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
In mainland Spain and Portugal, 48 to 72 hours with free shipping, or 24 to 48 hours with the €3 express. Across the rest of Europe, 3 to 6 working days. Orders placed before 13:00 ship the same day.
Can I return something if it does not convince me?
Yes. You have 14 days by law and up to 60 under our extended guarantee, as long as the product comes back unused and in its packaging. Write to us with your order number and we will tell you what to do.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay and bank transfer. With Klarna you can split the payment into instalments.
Can my board go in the dishwasher?
No. Wood is washed by hand, with cold or lukewarm water and mild soap, and dried standing up. Every two or three months, a thin coat of food-safe mineral oil and it lasts for years.
