Shipping and delivery times
When your order ships
Everything ships from our warehouse in Tarragona. If you order before 13:00 (mainland Spanish time, CET/CEST), it ships the same working day. After that, it ships the next working day.
Saturdays, Sundays and local public holidays in Tarragona are not working days.
The delivery time below starts counting when the parcel leaves the warehouse, not when you place the order. They are two different things and we keep them separate on purpose.
Free shipping to 12 countries, no minimum order
We ship free of charge to these 12 destinations, whatever you buy: Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Austria, Sweden, Luxembourg and Ireland.

The exact time depends on the carrier and the postcode. You will see the specific estimate for your address at checkout, before you confirm.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Yes, we ship there, and shipping is free too. What changes is that they are separate customs territories: on delivery you may have to pay IGIC (Canary Islands) or IPSI (Ceuta and Melilla) plus customs clearance fees.
Those amounts are not included in the price on the website and do not appear on our invoice: the carrier charges them directly on delivery. If you want to know how much it would be in your case, write to us before buying.

Customs and taxes outside the European Union
With shipments inside the EU there are no surprises: the price you see includes VAT and there is nothing more to pay on delivery.
In the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other destinations with their own customs regime, local taxes and clearance fees may apply. The customer pays them directly to the carrier and they depend on the order value and each country's rules.
Carrier and tracking
The carrier changes depending on the country and the weight of the parcel, so you will know as soon as it ships: we send you an email with the tracking number and the link to check it 24 hours a day.
If an order has several products, it may ship in more than one parcel and arrive on different days. In that case you will get one tracking number per shipment.
If you are not at home
The carrier leaves a notice and either tries the delivery again or drops the parcel at a nearby pick-up point, depending on the company. If the holding period passes without you collecting it, the parcel comes back to our warehouse and we write to you to send it again or refund you.
If the parcel arrives damaged
Write to us as soon as you receive it, with photos of the packaging and the product. You choose: we refund 100 % of the amount or we send you a new one at no cost. You do not have to argue with the carrier.
If something goes out of stock
If the product is not available when we process your order, we will email you as soon as possible with two options: wait for the next restock with a new date, or cancel and get the full amount back through the same payment method.
Invoicing
All prices on the website include the VAT of the delivery country. If you need an invoice with your company details (VAT number, registered name and address), say so when placing the order or write to us afterwards and we will issue it.
What you ask us most about shipping
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
No. In the 12 countries on the list shipping is free whatever you buy, even a single product.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When it leaves the warehouse you get an email with the tracking number. You can also see your orders by logging into your account.
I order this afternoon, when does it ship?
If it is before 13:00 (Spanish time), it ships today. If it is later, it ships tomorrow, as long as it is a working day.
