To Europe and the United Kingdom, all orders over €170 are free.

What is the delivery time for a shipment to my home and its cost?
It varies depending on the country and shipping method.

The first 60 days are free of charge and we will refund 100% of the purchase amount.
You can return the product for up to 180 days, provided that it has not been used, and we will refund 100% of the purchase amount.

If my product is damaged at the time of delivery, what should I do?

Do the cake moulds need any preparation before first use?
Our moulds are already prepared to be used, they do not need any additional preparation.
We recommend washing with water and drying it, as a general measure for any piece of our kitchenware.
What are the recommendations for the care of my cake pan?
Washing: Wash your Erreke pan by hand. Always use cold or warm water, never hot. You can use soap and a soft sponge. Do not use a dishwasher.
Drying: Dry it thoroughly with a cloth. Then place the pan on a drainer to dry completely. Preferably do not expose it to direct sunlight.
What other precautions should I take?
Do not use steel wool scouring pads.
Do not clean it in the dishwasher.
Do not stack anything on top of the pans that may damage their non-stick coating.
Do not use knives or sharp objects to remove the pan from the pan.
Recommendations for removing the pan from the pan?
When removing it from the oven, place the pan on a metal rack.
Let it cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
Then turn it upside down and gently tap the pan on a flat surface 2-3 times.
The cake will come out of the mould very easily and in perfect condition.
Should I use a release spray in my mould?
It is not necessary because the Erreke mould has a double non-stick coating, which makes it easier to remove from the mould.
However, if you have a mould with complex geometry and you do not feel very safe, you can apply a light layer of release spray or the traditional layer of melted butter and flour.
Do Erreke moulds comply with European Union health regulations?
All our moulds comply with EU nº1935/2004, for products that come into contact with food, which guarantees their safety for health.
