LONG LIFE. Heavy-duty cast aluminium: withstands high temperatures without warping, for years of use with simple care.
NON-STICK. The cake releases easily thanks to the water-based non-stick coating, free from PFOS, PFOA, lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury.
EVEN BAKING. The central hole and the cast aluminium spread the heat evenly, for faster and more uniform baking.
EASY CLEANING. Just wipe with a cloth, water and soap and you are done. We do not recommend the dishwasher, to preserve the non-stick coating.

Dishwasher-safe? We don't recommend it; wash it by hand and the non-stick coating will last longer.

Where does your wood come from and what certifications does it have?
All our woods hold the EU food-contact certification. The teak comes from Brazil and the bamboo from China, both FSC-certified; the acacia comes from India and the olive wood from Tunisia.
