How to use it

Before you start, measure the internal width of your oven: these trays are 45.7 cm, the standard bakery size, and they need a couple of centimetres of air on each side.

Don't put it hot under the tap. That sudden change in temperature is what warps any tray, however thick it is.

Care

Hot water, washing-up liquid and a cloth. If something has stuck on, leave it to soak for a while before scrubbing.

Dry it well after washing and store it dry. Water sitting in a fold is the only thing that harms it over time.

Shipping and returns

Free shipping to 12 European countries, with no minimum order.

You have 60 days to send it back, free and without explaining yourself. If something arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp and we sort it out the same day.

Why this tray

What makes it different

Made in Europe
1 / 4

Made in Europe

This isn't the imported tray that dents on the third bake. It's made in Europe, under the checks we have here, and you can see it in the finish of the rim and the real thickness of the sheet.

2 mm: it doesn't buckle
2 / 4

2 mm: it doesn't buckle

Thin sheet buckles the moment it heats up and the batter runs to one side. With 2 mm of aluminium that doesn't happen: it goes in flat and comes out flat for the next thousand days.

The size bakeries use

45.7 cm long is the bakery standard, not a size invented to save material. It uses the oven from side to side.

Spreads the heat, no hot spots
4 / 4

Spreads the heat, no hot spots

Aluminium conducts heat better than steel, and the 2 mm act as a buffer: the base doesn't scorch where the element hits. Every biscuit comes out the same colour.

Frequently asked questions

Will it fit my oven?

It's 45.7 cm long, the bakery standard. Measure the internal width of your oven and leave a couple of centimetres on each side so the air can move. In a standard 60 cm domestic oven it fits without trouble.

Which do I pick: solid or micro-perforated?

The micro-perforated one lets steam escape and air move underneath: a dry, crisp base on bread, puff pastry, pizza and biscuits. The solid one is what you want for roasts with juices, oven vegetables and runny batters that would drip through the holes.

Do I need baking paper?

On the solid one and the uncoated micro-perforated one, yes: baking paper or a little fat. On the non-stick micro-perforated one you don't need it for everyday use.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Better by hand. Hot water and washing-up liquid shift everything, and that way you avoid tablet detergent attacking the surface cycle after cycle. Dry it well before putting it away.

How much is shipping?

Nothing. Shipping is free to 12 European countries and there is no minimum order.

What if I don't like it?

You have 60 days to send it back, free and without explaining yourself. Message us on WhatsApp from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and we handle it ourselves.
