How to use it

With the non-stick you don't need baking paper or grease for biscuits, vegetables or fish. If you're baking something very sugary (caramel, fruit in syrup), a sheet of baking paper saves you scrubbing afterwards.

Don't put it hot under the tap: that sudden change in temperature is what warps any tray in the end.

Care

They go in the dishwasher. Dry it well when you take it out, especially the edges: water left there is the only thing that damages it over time. By hand with warm water and a cloth it lasts even longer.

No green scourers and no cutting on it with a knife: whatever scratches the coating is where things start to stick.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes. Dry it well when you take it out, especially the edges: water left there is the only thing that damages it over time. By hand with warm water it lasts even longer.

Do I need baking paper?

Not for normal use: biscuits, vegetables, fish or meat come off without sticking. Only with very sugary things, like caramel or fruit in syrup, does it save you scrubbing afterwards.

Can I cut on it?

Better not. The knife scratches the coating and that is where things start to stick. Move what you have baked to a board and cut it there.

What does each set include?

The tray set includes 2 trays of 40 × 27 cm and 1 rack. The deep tray set includes a 41 × 31 × 7 cm tray and a 41 × 30 cm perforated sheet that fits inside.

Will it fit my oven?

Measure the inside width of your oven and leave a couple of centimetres on each side so the air can circulate. The exact sizes are in the details above.

When will it arrive?

Order before 1 pm and it leaves our Tarragona warehouse the same day. Delivery takes 48-72 hours to mainland Spain and Portugal, 3 to 6 working days to Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg, and 4 to 6 working days to Poland, Sweden and Ireland. Shipping to these 12 countries is free, with no minimum order.

How does the 60-day return work?

You have 60 days to return it for any reason, on top of the 14 required by law, and it is free: you write to us and we send you the label. It has to come back new, unused and in its packaging.
