How to use it
With the non-stick you don't need baking paper or grease for biscuits, vegetables or fish. If you're baking something very sugary (caramel, fruit in syrup), a sheet of baking paper saves you scrubbing afterwards.
Don't put it hot under the tap: that sudden change in temperature is what warps any tray in the end.
Care
These ones are dishwasher safe. Even so, washing them by hand with warm water and a cloth makes them last longer: tablet detergent is harsh on any non-stick.
No scouring pads and no cutting on them with a knife: wherever the coating gets scratched is where the sticking starts.
