Material: solid natural teak wood, FSC-certified. Food contact compliant with EU Regulation 1935/2004.
Care:
- Wash by hand with warm water and mild soap right after use. Never in the dishwasher.
- Don’t leave it soaking or in prolonged contact with water.
- Dry it upright so air circulates on both sides.
- Apply food-grade oil (mineral or board-specific) every so often to nourish the wood and prevent cracks.
- Avoid direct heat sources and sudden temperature changes.

Nos ha sorprendido mucho la calidad de la tabla, además del aspecto, que es buenísimo y la tabla queda preciosa con el embutido para el picoteo, al menos ahora que está nueva.Pero no solo es la estética, da gusto cortar cualquier alimento con ella. Nosotros usábamos de cristal, por ser más higiénicas y no nos atrevíamos a las de madera por el cuidado que necesitan, pero se nota mucho cómo cuida el filo de los cuchillos frente a las de cristal (y plástico ya ni te cuento!)La he lavado con jabón y un chorrito de vinagre y dejado secar al lado de la ventana, que se secara bien.De medidas en cómoda tanto para cortar como para manejar y lavar, y no pesa demasiado (lo lógico al ser de madera buena)De momento hemos cortado pan, carne y verduras...y es un gustazo!

Where does your wood come from and what certifications does it have?
All our woods hold the EU food-contact certification. The teak comes from Brazil and the bamboo from China, both FSC-certified; the acacia comes from India and the olive wood from Tunisia.
