Olive wood cutting boards

Cutting and serving boards in natural olive wood, cut from a single piece. Every board has its own grain: no two are alike. Sizes from 39 to 53 cm, with a handle or a juice groove, from €35.90, plus the MENORCA set of four small serving boards. There are also olive wood kitchen utensils and coasters.

Olive is the hardest wood we work with: dense and close-grained, it stands up to daily use and ages beautifully if you give it mineral oil whenever it looks dull (how to care for an olive wood board). Tal y como se describe. Muy bonita. Tened en cuenta que en los bordes puede tener un poco de corteza del tronco, por suerte la mía tiene muy poco y es prácticamente todo tabla menos una esquina. Antes de utilizar conviene tratar con un aceite mineral de grado alimentario. Así a parte de darle vida para muchos años, esta hidratada y se ve mucho más bonita. La recomiendo.

Algo que marca un nivel

Es una pieza preciosa. Tanto, que no puedes meterla en un cajón, porque es un cuadro que adorna tu cocina. Lástima que a mí me haya tocado una pieza con poca veta blanca. Pero la calidad del material es excelente.
